All these fake spam ranks and posts aren’t doing you a favor, also your doing pnm’s a disservice. Here are what are generally agreed upon ranks after this past year, if you legitimately think I got something wrong feel free to call it out, but don’t just try to make other houses look bad.

Accurate as of now, but next year I think pike and sig chi will drop somewhat. Also pi kap will become an upper mid with aepi continuing to drop hard. Sammy will stay put and ZBT will pass them. Also I know they are wack now but TKE (getting the kappa sig house) and Theta Xi might rise a little with sig ep dropping. Theta Chi and Beta will likely stay put but could rise as Theta Chi is getting a bigger new house and Beta is walling in their yard, Pike will likely drop below Theta Chi and be tied with beta (only if they rise). Fiji will improve somewhat with the new house on the row but will need a few more years to become lower mid. Phi delta will become more and more irrelevant, While Zeta Psi stays still unless they get a new house.
Kappa might overtake Pi Phi. Aphi, DG, and Gphi will stay put unless one of them gets worse. The sorority’s will stay mostly the same overall as they don’t have any way of getting better or worse other than looks which rarely happens

People overestimate pike falling. They will continue to have hot groupies due to looks, Theta Chi will not pass them and unless beta will not improve enough to tie or pass them this year unless something really huge happens to either house
