top fraternity houses

From what I've heard, the top fraternity houses are Fiji, Pike, and SAE. Is this the case?

Actually FIJI is the only top house. Pike and SAE are a significant step down.

in all honestly, those are the 3 best houses are UofA. Pi Kapp was the top house but they got kicked off, delta chi also got kicked off but they still throw parties, sigma chi lost their house and their plans to rebuild fell off. Aepi is ok too
