Pi Kapp- Newest of the 5 houses which is comprised of mostly freshmen and sophomores but has risen the fastest out of all the houses and has a reputation for getting big name dj's for most of their recent parties. With their progress over the last 2 years they are a good choice to get a bid to as most people expect them to continue growing.

Pike- Known as the top house on campus after SAE and KSig got rolled but are known for having the best looking guys. Has lots of groupies in top sororities but has a bad rep for being douchey at times. Despite being a top-house, they haven't gotten into much trouble and are a bit competitive to get a bid to but are worth it if you get it.

Theta Chi- Known for having fun guys but have a rep for having a hard pledging process and often getting into trouble. Can be a risky bid but they will be getting a new house which can help them greatly next year.

Beta- Known for being one of the best off-campus houses but need to get a new house or they are significantly limited in how much more they can rise without other houses getting kicked. Also are known for having a hard pledging process.

Sig Chi- Known for having one of the best physical houses on campus for parties and have consistently thrown down some of the best ones this year. Other frats say that their guys are plain and boring but the ones I know are all chill and easy to get along with.

I am in one of the 5 houses you listed but I tried to be as unbiased as possible but honestly you just need to go through rush and see for yourself what they can offer cause some people may say some houses are better than others but what matters most is if you feel like you can fit in with them.

Pi Kap - Pretty new house on campus. The upper class men are some pretty odd guys, but the sophomores and freshman are ok. They had a very large social budget this year and made good use of it going from a bottom tier house to a solid middle house over the course of this year. Pretty easy to get a bid, that might change next year with them having risen but this year they took large PCs.

Pike - Arguably top house, aphi loves them and they have pretty good party’s. A lot of guys in other houses don’t respect them and think that they act and function in the way sororities due, a lot of people think these guys are closer cases as well but that’s probably just gossip. Known to have the hottest groupies, lots of money, and somehow never gets in trouble despite breaking a lot of ifc rules.

Sig Chi - Not too much to say about these guys, everyone either likes them or has no opinion on them. Very laid back guys. Has easily the best physical house and lots of money for party’s. They are seen as somewhat soft by guys in other frats but overall generally well liked.

Beta - Girls either love or hate beta, likely due to that these guys have big personalities and are constantly joking around with each other, leading people to either see them as fun or stupid. They have one of the worst physical houses of any frat (big but old, with small rooms and no courtyard for tailgates) but they always have usually have satellite houses each year to make up for this, reguardless they have been a relevant house as long as I’ve been at this school (3 years) and have made big strides this year. Know to have really hard pledging.

Theta Chi - These guys similar to pi kap have a good sized social budgets, but unlike pi kap these guys party very hard. Some girls see them as douchbags for not paying attention to them but hit girls love them. Winter fest and Theta Chiland are two of Arizona’s biggest party’s. These guys are very involved in anything social at this school, being a big player in the party scene and bar scene here in Tucson. Have risen from the top of mid to becoming a top House this year and their new house will likely put them as top. Know to have a very rigorous and demanding pledge process.

Hows this dude gonna brag about Theta Chi Land when it got shut down within minutes and claim it was one of the best parties of the year hahaha
