how hard is it to get a theta chi or beta bid

I’ve been looking at this site and it seems like these are the houses I would want to be in (preferably theta chi) how hard is it to get a bid to one

Don’t pay attention to this site just rush when you get here, also a little bit of advice with these two houses getting the bid isn’t the hard part (not easy though) it’s making it through pledging

Honestly you should count yourself lucky if you get a bid to either of those houses. And if your lucky enough to get a bid you’re going to have to work to not get dropped. Also Keep an open mind about any of mid tier houses during rush just in case you don’t get matched with your top 2
