how hard is it to get into a top tier sorority

are you at a major disadvantage getting into a top tier if you aren't white? it seems like almost all the girls in those houses are white.

If you’re not white but you’re attractive with good grades, then you can get into a top house. They have to take some girls who aren’t white or else they would be shamed for prejudicism
