pledging
by: freshmangonna be a freshman next semester. I don't know much about the houses here which are the hardest houses to rush and which are easiest. I want to get a feel for which houses i should look into rushing.

Generally your chances of getting a bid are based off the houses social standing, but for frats kids might get dropped by houses that are worse than ones that bid them, because frats unlike sorority’s don’t base rush off looks and stuff, it’s more personality and if you would fit in with the guys and if they’d want to hang out with you. So I know it sounds cliche but be yourself and you’ll end up where you belong

If your asking about getting a bid, it depends on a lot of factors. If your asking about pledgeship there’s definitely a wide variety of difficulty here. Theta Chi has the most intense followed by beta (I’ve heard they’ve softened up this semester tho) and pike, phi delt has a hard one too (no idea why someone would think that’s worth it) and aepi also has a hard one from what I’ve heard. Some houses like sig chi and sig ep don’t really have a pledge process, sig ep literally does not have one

Sig Ep has changed there pledge process a lot according to a current pledge. Still a mid tier house tho
