sigma chi/pike - lets be honest they are pretty even and everyone knows they are the two top houses
GAP
theta chi - not throwing down as much with SAE and Ksig gone they are moving up
Beta - honestly, improving greatly compared to the last couple years probably due to SAE and Ksig being gone also (starting to have more aphi/DG/gphi groupies)
AEPi- kinda irrelevant never hear much about them and doesn't seem like they throw bangers anymore would say they are falling pretty quick still have attractive guys tho

Sig ep- fun but still viewed as the nerdy house but definitely on the rise in the past year (also has a surprising amount of aphi/DG groupies which is why I'm choosing to rank them top middle)
Sammy - fun house but wouldn't say they are on the come up, staying pretty consistent not going down
ZBT/KA - both good houses with nice guys and fun parties and I would consider both houses pretty even with one another and good middle tier houses not falling or rising
PI Kapp - gotta give it to them, the house has greatly improved since last year and has gotten some good pc's but is more of an freshman house and they don't have many groupies that are sophomore juniors or seniors
