who do you think the 4th top house is

At this point it’s obvious sig chi, pike, and theta chi are top houses. There’s pretty much always been 4 top frats, so who do you think the new 4th top house is/will be. I’m legit curious to see what you guys think so be honest and don’t self rank.

Between Aepi, Beta, and Sammy which is the 4th top house?

Honestly I would say Beta, they aren’t on pike or sig chis level but I’d say their similar to theta chi in standing, and definitely better than aepi or Sammy. Is but them and theta chi as lower top cause they are nowhere chose to pike and sig chi

Being honest? I feel like Sammy and Beta are on the same level but I think Sammy has the ability to move past Beta with their house and location. If Beta gets a new house that would help them a lot, but it’s def between those two
