what's up with pi phi?

I'm a pi phi at different school out of state and was planning on transferring to u of a & hoping to affiliate with pi phi here. but i've seen a lot on this site about them falling and not being a respect house anymore when i always heard they were really good here. would i still have a good experience (coming from a chapter where it's top house at a northern school) or are there actual problems with the house here

Pi phi is still respected here definitely, they just have been dropping lately

Definitely not what they used to be, and definitely not a top house but they’re better than a lot of other hiuses

Pi Phi is fine. They aren’t top five but they are definitely still respected and there are a lot of cool girls. Don’t listen to this site. Houses rise and fall around here every year. PiPhi could be back to top three by next year.

talk to any real person you know who goes to this school and they will tell you pi phi is good. this website is full of jealous people who got dropped during recruitment. pi phi was considered top 3 literally last semester and got asked by every house to homecoming so that’s how fast people on this website get crazy with rankings. someone on this site is clearly mad but anybody who goes to this school in real life will tell you that the top 5 houses are gamma phi, pi phi, alpha phi, kappa, and dg. that’s it. should leave this website it’s 100% people who got dropped
