Pi phi is definitely not a top house in my opinion. All they’ve gone up in is the amount of cocaine they do on thursdays and the size of their newest pc.

Yeah kappa and pi phi have been falling so hard. Kappa is def better than pi phi but still not great the ratio of cute girls to not cute girls is absurd. Maybe a handful of cute girls in that house but they all have bfs in other houses so yeah...have fun with that one Sig ep
