The fact Pi Phi won't go with a house that has recruited top tier kids the past 2 years just shows they don't get out much. Are you seriously worried that much about reputation? Realize that with Kappa sig, SAE and Asig not apart of IFC, all top tier kids have opted for these houses. Your'e making a mistake and its really going to hurt u guys moving forwards. Meanwhile Sammy and even ZBT will be better than you guys in less than a year

Saying that because former top houses are kicked off that new houses are recruiting the top tier freshman and that those houses will be up and coming. Pi Phi acting like they are too good for newer houses now will hurt their relationship with what will soon be top tier fraternities when they want participation at philanthropies and so forth from the big fraternities.

I think sororities really undervalue the quality of guys in houses like Sammy and ZBT. Basically if you switched the guys in Sig Chi and put them in Sammys house a sorority like Pi Phi or Kappa would still turn them down. Its all about the name and their past reputation that sororities take notice of. That's just straight facts

Exactly, why would we want to go with a sorority who doesn't value affection, kindness or fair consideration. Would rather take a house with better principles. There is a reason we haven't asked you, and the reason is your character. It speaks volumes and shows your sense of purpose
