Why do boys not join bigger/more relevant houses? I’m curious why they want to join sig tau, tdx, tke, zeta psi, etc over the other houses

They just liked the people in those houses better and/or knew people in those houses before rushing

Because there’s such thing as people that don’t care about popularity and join frats based on the guys they like the best regardless of if they have huge parties.

Because they didn’t get bids at bigger better houses

Tdx is not really a “small” house they have 120+ members now
