Which lower tier middle house has the best chance to get bigger: Ka, Sig Ep, phi delt, tdx or theta xi

KA is kinda of an established house and probably won’t change all that much in the next couple years, Theta Xi is really really new still and has a lot of potential for growth especially being on Greek Row I’m gonna go with them

I agree w KA going up and I think Sig Ep is growing. They just took in some really hot guys and ik a lot of girls who love it there. They’re definitely growing.

Out of this list I’d say probably tdx(that House is gonna do them wonders plus their first party Honestley was really good) and then maybe theta xi(potential but who knows)but the others seem pretty set in their place
