What are the chances of getting a bid if they invite you to pref ?

It depends on the house, but if they invited you to pref is bcuz they’re interested in you...

Look at the rankings. The better the house the harder it is

For Spring most houses make a majority of their cuts before pref. You probably have at least a 75% chance of a bid from any house that prefs you. Pike and sig chi might be closer to 50% though.
