Always, always, always look at homecoming and spring fling to dictate a good house.
Pike and sig chi go with g-phi and alpha phi, and those are top houses
theta chi went to homecoming with kappa a decent house
PI-PHI went with Aepi, both decent house but declining. I'm not gonna go on but you know that spring fling is going to dictate how houses will be considered next semester. Sororities talk, and parties are dictated by relationship a fraternity has with sororities.
