This is coming from a completely unbiased standpoint. If you disagree, you are wrong. Sorry. I am not in Aepi or Pi Kapp so this will be a great list


Sig Chi/Pike : honestly both on the same level. Matter of preference
Theta Chi: just slightly better than Beta and Sammy, but not a top house cus not on row
Beta/Sammy: on the same level. Both throw great parties. Stop saying one is better than the other
ZBT:Almost the same level as Sammy and Beta. You can even argue they’re on the same level. But they’ve always had a bad name and get a lot of hate. At the end of the day they’re a good house, you can’t lie.
Aepi/ Pi Kapp: now this is where it gets tricky. Both good solid mid houses. It doesn’t even matter whose better cus they both throw parties and both have girls come. Stop fighting. Who cares
KA/tdx: KA is slightly better than TDX, but tdx has a house in row, so there’s an argument there. But all in all both about on the same ranks
Sig Ep: they are the bottom house of the “relevant” houses. They throw good parties but some weird girls go. I would say even tho they’re not “respected” as a social house, the guys in Sig Ep are somewhat respected because they’re level headed kids. Keep doing u sig ep

Gap:

Phi Delt: theyve always just had a bad name. But lowkey they’re not too bad.. they throw some bangers but need to get better guys
Zeta Psi: these guys need to make a move. TKE & TDX both we’re on the same ranks as them but they made moves while these guys stayed back.
Theta Xi: pretty much same level as Zeta Psi. Idk too much about them
Sig Tau: still finding their way.
