should i take the pi kap pre-bid or should i rush

I went to pi Laos early rush this week and they gave me a bid, should I take it

There are much better houses out there. Pikapp is good, but realize they are not in the position to be a top house for at least 2-3 years. It’s a good bid but I highly advise you check out the other houses. Your on greekrank which means you want a house that’s ranked high. If your a freshman maybe you could make it a top house by senior year, but test the waters cause there are tons of other houses that could fit u better.

They’re a good house but I’d still recommend rushing just to see all your options assuming they don’t threaten to pull back their bid (which they shouldn’t)

Nah, I'm not in their house or even in an island house for that matter and I gotta give them credit where credit is due. They threw down a lot last semester and they're making strides. Not a bad choice for OP at all.
