do good houses take sophomores?

I had terrible grades from high school so i didn't have a good experience going through rush the first time and i did not click with some of the houses. I have a good GPA now so i was wondering if the top sororities take sophomores?

All the houses are good in their own right. Have an open mind and enjoy sisterhood wherever you find it.
