It appears the row officially sucks now, other than sig chi all the real frats are either off campus or on the island

TKE alum here. We still own Pima Hall right across the street and lease the building to the UA for a very meager but tidy margin. The house was built in the 90’s. Those five triangular windows in front are related to our ritual. Anyway it was a huge capital campaign to finance construction of the house and we’re still in our payback period until 2033. It’s hard because only own the building and not the land. But the point is we don’t have the money nor the alumni base in AZ to buy Kappa Sigma’s house. No way would we even want to lease it, given our chapter’s history of risk management issues at Arizona. It’s a nice house but a bad deal for us.
