well thought out realistic frat ranks based on facts

These ranks are based off actual things in Tucson Greek life not just this website. I’m off a lot of adderall right now so this should be good.

Frats.

Top:
1 Sig Chi: They have the best house, the best party’s, and the most money this allows them to be the most dominant socially, also they have been a top tier house for years so they are solidified, somewhat lacking in the quality guys though but their resources make up for it

2 Pike: These guys were considered top house at the beginning of the year but have fallen off a lot socially and didn’t take the best pc, still they are the best looking guys on campus which actually does go a long way. Even though they have been on a steady decline their close relationship with alpha phi will keep them a solidified top house as long as it last. They also have a lot of money and good relations with the police so this allows them to party more than other houses.

Upper Mid:

3 Theta Chi: Theta Chi was considered to loosely be a top tier house in the beginning of the year but has fallen a lot since. They are in constant trouble and will likely be off campus in the next two years. As for now though they have the best and most fun guys, if they turn things around and stay out of trouble (chill with the hazing and are smarter about redtags) they will solidify themselves as top tier and could be even be top house soon, but they seem to show no care about getting in trouble so they will likely be kicked off soon.

4 Sammy: These guys haven’t done much this year but girls love them as they are good looking and funny, can’t seem to stay out of trouble though. We’re rising but didn’t take a good pc + they have been socially irrelevant this year.

5 Beta: They seem like they could rise next semester as they took a pretty good (but small) pc, and have been making attempts to be more involved. They haven’t been the most socially active but have managed to hang on, they are extremely held back by the fact they have horrible relations with most sorority’s due to how the house used to be a few years ago. They could either go up or down this next semester/year and was hard to place in this list because by some standard they could be higher and by some they could be a lot lower.

6. Pi Kap: Ok hear me put, Their older classes are wack and on par with Theta Xi type houses but they have risen a lot this year due to having massive amounts of money and managing to stay out of trouble, plus they took a huge pledge class which helps them draw in more girls as well as having lots of dues. Honesty O think these guys are lame but hey I’ll give credit where it’s due

7. ZBT: These guys aren’t super relevant but girls like em and they are fun. Don’t do much though, they dropped all their money on one dry concert in the beginning of the year, not falling but by no means rising, just sitting still. I like em but they are a waste of such a nice house that if someone off the row like theta chi of beta had would be very different.

8. AEPI: Its a shame they were hit so hard by the re-org their older guys are really cool and party hard but the freshman and sophomores are by no means at the level the house used to be. It’s a shame they could have been a top house if they had their momentum from 2016 but they have a lot of re building to do, also took a bottom tier pc unfortunately.

This is when houses stop to really matter no shade being thrown but there’s so many houses here not all can be relevant
