girl you know damn well SigmaChi is not taking that house. Maybe TKE since they have over +$3 million on their accounts. If they take their house thats gonna be a mess.

They put in a bid for it and are one of the choices that’s all I know, again I think Theta chi would be the best choice if they can afford it

Wtf is Sigma Tau?
Inside source is saying that Kappa Sig wants to lease the house to a new sorority if possible because even a startup sorority could afford the rent and they would take much better care of the property than a fraternity. I don’t know if this means ASA or what.

While the schools ruling board voted to kick off kappa sigma, The decision is not official yet. The Provost is the last say In this case and can choose to reinstate ksig. With kappa sig having numerous wealthy school donors, he may flip. The decision will come out sometime in the next 1-3 weeks. No matter the outcome ksig will keep their house throughout the year. If they really do get the official boot... spring semester that house is gonna burn to the ground lol. (Late nights!) (:

ksig literally gets away with murder, sae and sig chi too, they only get a slap on the wrist. everyone else gets kicked so fast. it's all about money and who you know, it sucks.

I heard it was between sigma chi (why?) sigma tau (?) and theta chi (the best option)
