And this is a bad thing. Sigma Phi Epsilon is a respected leader in the Arizona Greek community that only takes men of character and helps mold them into future leader, it’s good to see another house that doesn’t care about partying or being “sick” or having “being tight with there bros” and rather focouses on this goal. I personally applaud this decision and hope other houses will follow suit. Fraternity’s should not be about social life or having a bunch of close friends, this is a positive change.

The focus should be on forming well-rounded men who can get good grades, be a leader, be engaged with bettering their community, and be social. There are currently houses on campus that are able to do this. They’re considered to be the better houses because of it.
