frat momentum

1: Pike, can’t really rise any higher
2: Sigma Chi, falling in quality of guys the last few pc’s but rising socially do to recourses and running the row
3: Theta Chi, last year was huge for them but haven’t gone up or down (I mean obviously up in ranks with k sig and sae off)
4: Beta, was going down towards the end of last year and looked like they would keep falling but took a great fall pc and is making moves socially this year
5: Sammy, looked like this was going to be their year but sadly they are laying low, took a great pc but don’t do much so falling slightly
6: ZBT, been on a steady rise the past year or two but sitting still this year not up or down
7: Pi Kap, making huge moves this year, took a good pc and a big one, been throwing down probably the most consistently, if they keep this up they may even be a top house again within a purple of years
8. AEPi, continuing to fall pretty hard, really bad pledge classes the past couple rushes and horrible fall pc this year, the seniors and some juniors are still pretty chill tho
9. KA, Litteraly never moves up or down stays the same. Despite being a pretty odd group of guys they stay relevant so props for that
10. TDX, got sae’s house but that’s about it still a bunch of goobers
11. Phi Delt, Idk anything about phi delta when once last spring and it sucked but I’ve heard decent things so idk probably just sitting at there spot
12. Theta xi, took a pretty good pc it was huge though so some chill guys bust mostly goobers, still an improvement also these guys have thrown down a decent amount so I’d say they are moving up a lot this year
13. Zeta Psi, I’ve never actually been here but I heard they took a decent pc so I’d put them on the come up

I’ve never heard of or been to the other 10 something houses and they probably can’t get worse so they are just chilling with maybe a couple making moves
