Lower Top (All three are basically equal, every girl has their favorite of these 3 so it really just comes down to preference)

Theta chi/ Sammy/ Beta - theta chi and Sammy have had slow starts to the year but both have quality guys and took good pc’s. Most people dont think beta deserves a spot here but they had a good start to the year and took a solid pc. All three are better than the houses below them

Lower top will change depending on how the rest of the year goes but as of now this is how it is
