How is pike the “top” frat? Their parties honestly suck

It’s not about the parties that make a house top. It’s the quality of guys Freshman through Senior. Only a few houses qualify Sig Chi Theta Chi, Beta and Sammy. And of course Pike. ZBT and Pi Kap I would say are good houses but they don’t have older guys that go to the bars or know any girls. Just my OP

ZBT is fun but all the girls that go are GDIs and the boys aren't "top" house boys. Just preference, my friends don't like to go for those reasons
