2018 frat rankings

Upper Top:

Pike/ Sig Chi - Basically the same really. It’s a matter of preference, girls like pike guys more but sig chi has the bet party’s

Lower Top:
Theta Chi- Not quiet there because of their house but will be soon

Buffer:
Sammy/Beta- Similar to theta chi but not as well respected, both have large followings of girls but aren’t seen as “top”, far better than the houses below them

(Cut off for solidified frats, top sororities don’t really associate with the houses bellow in a social sense)

Upper Mid:
ZBT/ Pi Kapp- Girls like em but generally not girls from top houses, leagues above the other mid houses though. ZBT is significantly better though but pi kapp has better momentum though.

Mid:

KA/Tdx/ Sig Ep - They’re both average, Sig Ep has thrown down way more but Tdx has a new house that they haven’t used yet so we’ll put them here. I added KA to this list because they are more on par with these guys, better than the other two though and will probably benefit from them and beta throwing the party yesterday, nice but odd guys for now though

Lower Mid:

Aepi/ Phi Delt - Aepi used to be a top house. They still have that spirit, but in reality they’re not that relevant anymore. Phi Delt is the bottom of the frats that are relevant, but still not that great of a house. But not irrelevant either

Bottom:

Theta Xi- Only semi relevant bottom house, seem to improve every year, pledge class is decent but older guys are weird af

The other 10 houses suck
