Pike/ Sig Chi - Basically the same really. It’s a matter of preference
Theta Chi - Not quiet there because of their house but they easily could be
Sammy/Beta/ ZBT- Not on that top tier level yet but still a house that girls like
Pi Kapp/ KA - Pi Kapp is a lil better than KA, they’re making moves this year but again, kind of on the same rank
Tdx/ Sig Ep - They’re both average, Sig Ep has thrown down way more but Tdx has a new house that they haven’t used yet so we’ll put them here
Aepi/ Phi Delt - Aepi used to be a top house. They still have that spirit, but in reality they’re not that relevant anymore. Phi Delt is the bottom of the frats that are relevant, but still not that great of a house. But not irrelevant either.
The rest: Either Kicked off, or not relevant. Although I should mention that SAE is stil pretty relevant but this is the list of frats that are recognized
