alarms in sleeping porches

What is the situation with having alarms to wake up for class in the sleeping porches? Do you have to keep them on vibrate, or does everyone just deal with peoples alarms going off?

No alarms allowed, there’s special vibrating watches and stuff you can get

most girls use their phone alarms just set on vibrate, or apple watches/ fitbits
