is it hard to get into dg?

I want to rush next year and really like DG because I have a lot of friends in it. Is it hard to get into? What do they look for? Is it harder than APhi?

if OP really had "a lot of friends in DG" she would just ask them instead of writing a post about it on this site... clearly this was written by a DG and it's just sad.
