If I'm being honest with you, there will probably be a mixed bag of girls. If AXO is smart they will try to emulate the top chapters on campus with looks.

A colony is great if your an upper classman. They will take Seniors, Juniors and Sophomores. They will also probably find some gems that other sororities didn't take. Recruitment is all about first impressions. Sometimes shy women have a hard time through formal recruitment.

There are a lot of opportunities for a colony member as opposed to a chapter that has been on campus for awhile. There will be lots of leadership opportunities for women of any age. A Freshman could be the President for instance.

They will be even more random than the lowest tiers like DDD, ADPi and AEPhi. They have to recruit a huge number of people to start off and most of them will be rejects from the good houses. Don't expect to have a lot in common with each other. Alpha Chi has already failed three times at UofA. There's a reason for that. They need to step aside so a fresh new sorority has a chance to succeed where they have failed multiple times.

They aren't even here yet. So they are zeros.
