Would bringing a new sorority to the school like Delta Zeta, Phi Mu, or Tri Sig be possible?

OMG...can someone educate CuriousCat that the NPC of UA has to vote to open for expansion. As of now, no plans for open expansion, and if we do, it probably won't happen until 2020.
