rush (fraternities)

Hi, so I have a question. Should I be concerned if I want to rush a frat in the Spring? I hear that not many fraternities rush in the Spring. That would really suck because I want to join a fraternity but I also want to keep my first semester open to get used to the whole college experience.

of them recruit in spring. Numbers are more limited though. Last Spring 450 people rushed and a little less than 200 got bids. If a house had a big fall class they may take less in the spring, or vice versa.
