The chapter has to have not made quota or be under house total to do COB. Call Panhellenic and see. I’m not sure about ASA, but everyone else made quota and meets house total. This is the wrong place to ask any question like that because of answers like the one above which is wrong.

A lot of houses are doing COB because of Tri Delta not being on campus anymore making the system requirements change some. To find out what houses are doing COB contact Panhellenic and see. It is a really easy informal way to rush that is NOT dirty bidding, if you dropped out before getting a bid from a house or didn’t rush at all and want to COB for a house this is the time.
