why didn't i get into alpha phi

Why didn't I get into alpha phi? What are the reasons they would shut someone down? Is it more about the looks or more about the conversations? It really shot down my self confidence when I got cut.

That really shouldn't hurt your confidence. People on GR want you to believe that if you're not "top tier" you're not anything but in reality it's not like that at all. Your sense of self worth should come from who you are as a person, not what house you're in

You're not going to get hired for every job that you want, either. And no matter how badly you want a man, if he's not interested, it's not happening. It's called, "life."

APhi either didn't want you, or didn't want you badly enough. And that's not necessarily a bad thing. Play the hand that you were dealt, and play it well.
