2018 rank predictions

Here is my prediction for this fall fraternity rankings.

Sig Chi - Stay on top
Pike- Been a top, will remain a top
Sammy / Theta Chi - these two are gonna have to battle it out, but Sammy is on row so they will always have that upper hand
Beta - Solid middle house, they’re gonna be a favorite for a lot of girls
TDX/ ZBT - tdx is gonna move up a lot this year with SAE’s house, could even beat Beta and compete with Sammy by the end of the year. ZBT is still ZBT, they made big moves last year and possibly will this year too
Pi Kapp- had dope parties last year, could move up this year a lot
AEPI: 30 memeber featernity now. Unless a miracle happens during their rush, they’re gonna be a lower tier house
KA- eh, they’re gonna stay where they’re at
FIJI- great house, if they can recruit well this year they have a shot at being as good as KA in the next year or so
Phi Delt/ Zeta Psi: they need to make a move if they wanna get anywhere

Lmao TDX is still a bottom house that almost got kicked off last year for hazing. They need to prove themselves before they are placed above other houses

HHAAHAHHAHA TDX you are the BOTTOM house here. I’m not even trying to be mean but TDX is literally the worst of the “relevant” by name houses.
