why are they middle tier? their house is really nice and a lot of the girls are really pretty

They have a low retention rate. They do haze and don’t have a true sisterhood. They have great smaller circles of friends but it’s not a “let’s be friends with everyone in the house”

If you truly like their house go for it, don’t let greekrank pull you away from where you think you fit. However, their house is known for putting on a “show” during recruitment. They are known to be so cliquey and have such bad sisterhood that their drop rates are pretty high. Doesn’t mean all girls hate Sigma, who knows you might love it!

Better to be a sigma than a theta Aephi or adpi.
Basically sk is the socially relevant house for the girls who didn’t get aphi, dg, kappa ect

Houses also dont make you change tiers since that isn't relevant to the character/looks of the girls in the sorority which seems to matter most in terms of tier systems.
