real frat ranking 2018

This ranking is from a girls perspective, on which houses are the most relevant in “good” sorority circles.
1.ksig/sae
Although both are kicked off, they still have the most quality, hot guys. Kappa sig still has their house and several off campus houses to party, and SAE has acquired a large new satellite to throw parties. Both houses with live on for the couple years without a doubt.
2. Sig chi. They have the house. They might not have the guys but with pnms scared to dirty rush sae or Ksig they will get a good pc this fall
3. Pike. Minus the nice house yet still are not in trouble and will get a good pc this fall. Some hot and fun guys as well.
4. Theta chi- poor location, yet better than the following frats .
Winter fest was fun!
5. 5th house and on aren’t very relevant at all. Sorry but true.
Yes In the coming years sae and Ksig May become great unaffiliated houses but could also drop off into nothing. Who knows
