should i re-affiliate with my sorority when i transf?

by: anon

i'm in AXO at Villanova and I'm transferring to U of A. we're one of the better houses at Nova and i'm nervous because i'm not getting the vibe (from the discussion posts & their insta) it's the not same in Arizona. So i just wanted to know what AXO is like there. I haven't heard a lot about them and was curious about their rep/ what they're like.

no one here knows anything about chapters on the other side of the country, desperately looking for some insight.

should a affiliating with them even a good idea?

yea you can reaffiliate if the chapter votes & allows you. you just can't join a new sorority completely.

You should try and join anyways because you’re already in it. You can’t join any other chapter so might as well try the only one you can. You may like it, ranks aren’t everything.

95% of the stuff on here is just bs. Theyre not the best house but that doesnt mean theyre terrible. Idk how this stuff works but im sure theres a process where you can meet the girls and get a feel for yourself(assuming you cant go through actual recruitment?)

They're a lower tier house here but you should check them out to see first-hand what they're like. Might work, might not, but worth trying out if you want to be part of Greek life here.

I thought this was asking if you should reaffiliate with your sorority when you transition and that’s a WHOLE other question.
