The top sororities are:
A phi, pi phi, kappa, g phi and dg.
Aphi has recently started to go down in ranks, and soon won’t be number one oif they keep slipping. The other 4 houses really could claim top House is they have one more amazing recruitment year. The order of these houses switches every year.
Sigma is coming up strong and I do almost want to say they are a top house.
Theta has kinda been coasting as a mid house.
Adpi has also been doing the same.
Chi o is kinda Lowkey, very nice girls.
Axo has come up a lot with some of their newest pc.
Aephi has been kinda coasting too.
Excited to see the switch up that this year brings among the houses. Anything can change. Nothing is solidified.

My aunt was here in the 80's and said that back then Alpha Phi was a very mid-tier (lower mid-tier) house...I don't know when they started getting so good, but it wasn't always that way and she was surprised to hear how highly ranked they are now. In fact, the top 4 back then were the same as listed above: Pi Phi, GPhi, Kappa and DG. She said those four houses rotated at top every few years depending on their PC. Some things don't really change.

True. Also true, according to my mom who was there in the 80s, kappa sig and pike were lower tier.
