Many schools have top houses that are unaffiliated. Expect kappa sig and Sae to still be considered top houses for the next few years. Both with get new off campus houses that can throw large parties. Talk to sae or Ksig’s to get a dirty bid

Practically impossible to be a top house when not affiliated with the school. No homecoming/springfling. The New Sorority Pcs will not know who they are.
