When people say "they had a strong pc" or "they had a weak pc" what does that mean? Is it looks or behavior I'm not really sure what it entails

It often refers to botht he behavior and looks of a PC. For instance (i don't agree with this) but a lot of people say gphi had a weak pc because some of the girls were seen as "not attractive" or too crazy. People have also recently said that aphi has had some weak PC's. It often compares new girls to older girls (which sometimes isn't fair). But all PC's have their ups and downs!

I wouldn’t take much of it seriously. People troll insta for photos on bid day and post here how strong or weak pledge classes are. Like right away.
