current rankings for fall 2018

I wanted to make a list of what I believe to be an unbiased ranking of Greek life here at UofA for prospective members to note this fall.

Top Tier: (Note that all of these houses are basically equal)
Sigma Chi - Stayed out of trouble and have a sweet house
Kappa Sig - Not under investigation anymore. Cool dudes
Pike - A bit of a walk being off the row. Throw big ragers
SAE - Big national presence, nice house

Lower Top:
Sammy - Making huge strides. Solid house on the row
Theta Chi - Being investigated, may be booted. Great parties

Middle Tier:
Beta - House can get hot, but solid guys that know how to party
ZBT - Improving and growing rapidly these past years
Aepi - Had half their frat cut by nationals. Slipping fast

Lower middle:
KA - Nice guys. Off the row and need to party more. Kinda stuck
Pi Kapp - Had a great first year back. Will move up this year
Sig Ep - Academic. Can we weird. Parties are hit or miss if at all

Frats below this are not worth rushing imo.
Bottom:
TDX: Probably the best of the bottom tiers
Phi Delt
Sig Tau
... all others not even worth noting.

Not sure about Sammy making big strides. Their Fall PC was good but the Spring PC was absolutely terrible. Any progress they were making went away with the spring PC

This is a dumb freshman who made this rank. Sig Chi is 100 p not number one. SAE is followed by either KSig or Pike. Get outta here Sigma Cheese
