which fraternities will be open this summer?

OK my summer plans just fell through and I will very likely be staying in Tucson to take classes. Does anyone know which fraternities will be open and if any are offering rooms for rent? I am hearing a lot of conflicting info but I need to find something for at least pre-session but ideally for until August. Thanks!
