I'm kappa at another school but transferring to UA, and already got initiated. do I have to rerush

Contact the Kappa chapter and speak to the president.

No, you can't rerush or join another sorority. Talk to your nationals and the U of A Kappa chapter about affiliating. If KKG here doesn't let you affiliate then Kappa nationals will give you alumna status.

Technically she could disaffiliate and rerush but I don't know if any house would take someone who was previously initiated into another sorority. I know mine wouldn't.

wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong. NPC rule: one and done. Once you're initiated, you can never join another NPC sorority. There's no "technically" about it.

ok so there's a loophole i guess that makes sense. but remember when we take an oath we swear not to be members in any other secret society, this is a clear violation of that trust.
