describe frat parties for 22 yearold transfer student

I'll be transferring to the UofA as an out of state 22 year old sophomore from community college. I would like know if someone can describe me what the typical frat party will be like at this school, and is it worth rushing . I'm not just interested in joining a fraternity just for the partying alone. But I have heard from people that here in Tucson the frat parties are better than the bars/clubs. Can someone confirm this because I'm from Philly and have no idea about tucson lifestyle

Are you serious? Are things gonna get better in the fall? Which are the most lit frats? Which has the best quality members? I dont want to waste time during rush in wack houses

top houses are being removed and were being left with bottom houses.. theta chi kicked off and aepi and ksig all to be removed beta on probation until 2019 and it just sucks here now dude

Everyone saying to transfer is a geed, fraternities are under investigation but fine. Go thru rush and find a house for you, everyone throws down here. Other posters are salty that they cant get in to parties

Houses go through investigations all the time, no big deal. Everyone figures out how to get away with it anyway

Will this mean new houses will come next semester?

We always get transfers who rush. Never bid on anyone older than 21 tho, but we'll give you a chance. Worst case you get asked to leave right away.

Got you man. But how come bids are not given to pnm older than 21? I'm not that familiar with greek so that's why I'm asking
