1. Sigma Chi - Wether you like it or not Sigma Chi definitely took the top spot for this year

2. Kappa Sig - Was in some trouble, but is still a great house who throws tf down and will be making a comeback

3. SAE - In some sort of national trouble but is still SAE, and will be back as always

4. PIKE - Great house, not the best location but the type of guys they recruit plus their name puts them in top tier

MIDDLE

5. Theta Chi - Not sure what’s up with them right now, but I do not think they will be partying this semester so as of right now they are sitting in the middle

6. AEPI - AEPI is still a great house despite what many say.

7. ZBT - Decent house, some weird guys but had a giant party which featured 2 friends. Slowly moving up

8. KA - Great guys but their house not being on the row can only get them so far

9. Pi Kapp / TDX - Both new guys on the block and both are making good strides. Both have great parties that are growing at a fast rate. However TDX is definitely going to need a new house of tbeg want to continue to grow.

BOTTOM

10. Theta Xi - Had graves and are on the row definitely growing, will be probably be the new ZBT or sammy in 3-4 years

11. Phi Delt - Interesting guys, mixed reviews. The thing hey have going for them is that they have the Boat House.

12. Zeta Psi - Needs a new house

13. FIJI - Recruited a big Sprig PC so we will see what happens when they get their house back.
