They got under a reorg or something like that and nationals took over. Then their social life tanked when they couldnt do events.

Thanks. I'm a legacy but am worried about considering them at all when I rush. It was top tier when my family members have been there and I always wanted to be one too but I want to have a great experience and lots of fun. No one will really talk about the problems but I am feeling a lot of pressure to keep up with the tradition.

Theta was in a lot of trouble in the past, but they are totally in the clear now and this year they got to do all social events and are continuing to be able to do everything in the future. Don't count theta out for this coming year. They may not be top house anymore because of what happened in the past, but they're making their way back up! The girls in this years pledge class get along great and know how to have fun and theta's social life has been picking back up all year and will be awesome next year.
