I’m a highschool senior rushing in the fall, what are some tips to help me get a top house?

Unless you know people in the top fraternities or come from OC or Scottsdale area you won't get bid. UA is very clickey.

You should want to find a house you like regardless of rank. If you're so concerned about pledging a top house, I would reconsider why you're rushing.
