They won't get any hot pledges. They can only participate in set 1 of recruitment then they drop out. 2 weeks after formal recruitment they will have their own recruitment which will just consist of taking the leftover girls who didn't even get bids by the bottom houses. Definitely NOT a threat.

Definitely bad news for Tri-Delt. They're gonna steal a lot of the sloppy seconds from them. Watch out Tri-Delt! haha

I think their main pull will be older girls, people who realized too late that they want sorority memberships, etc. fact is, a colonizing house is hard work. They have no set traditions, no definite image to uphold or work to change. I think there will be a few power struggles. If they get girls who genuinely care, they'll be okay. If they get girls who just want to be in a sorority and don't realize how much work they have to do, it'll be a whole other story.

a colony usually takes girls of all class standings so they will have a mix. it will also include girls who may have never rushed before for various reasons like transferred in as a junior so they didn't rush because they wouldn't have a chance at regular rush, girls who were too intimidated by the rush process etc. i mean adpi was a colony only a couple of years ago and even they are better than tri delt or aephi who have been here much longer
