do top sororitys take transfers?
by: Curious transferMight transfer, my current chapter is good but not topl, i'm objectively pretty, a pretty normal gal honestly nothing special but not bad. Would I be able to reaffiliate with my chapter if they're top here?

I was curious about what those three sororities require re: transfers since my sorority requires a vote regardless of chapter.
I found the transfer policies for Pi Phi and Kappa on their websites and it gives a national policy that says every chapter is required to vote whether or not to take a transfer member. I didn't find anything for Alpha Phi.
There's an entire process involved to "apply to transfer" that starts with having your local chapter notify the new chapter regarding if you were a member in good standing, current with financials, etc.
My chapter has had two transfers. Even if you come from a good chapter and are all the things you say, you may or may not get votes in. Another factor to consider is finding a group of girls you bond with since most girls have done that already since pledging; that said, we had one affiliate who was a better fit than sons members who pledged here.

Omg wow you aren’t even saying what sorority you’re in yet talking about 3 different top sororities. Almost always they vote you in. You’re there for chapter that night and they make you leave the room to vote on you. Would be so awkward if they voted no. The fact that you’re asking about this on greek rank is very odd ask your sorority and hope your president writes you a good letter of rec....
